You must be 21 years old in order to hire a car.
You are required to present a valid driving licence, held for at least 2 years. International driving licence is not required.
Payment is due upon signing the car rental agreement. As to payment methods, we accept both cash and credit cards.
The CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection) and PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) are included in the price, protecting against all kinds of potential vehicle damages, theft risks and covering the passengers’ health care plans.
Travelling outside Montenegro is only allowed with a written permission from Alfa Rent a Car.
A police record on any kind of accident during renting period is mandatory, otherwise the client will be charged the full damage or theft amount. It is necessary to submit the report even in case if a car has been scratched. Please call 122 for Police assistance.
Deposit by cash is required in the same amount as insurance excess. It will be charged in case you are responsible for the collision or car accident. A credit card number could be used instead, as a guarantee.
You will receive the car with a full tank at your pickup, and you need to return the car with a full tank. Otherwise, additional charge will be applied, if car is returned with empty tank.
